ADIT is seeking a highly technical AI Engineer to bridge gaps among Product, Sales, Marketing, and AI. This role focuses on building growth systems, not just campaigns, using modern AI coding platforms and no-code/low-code tools to rapidly automate and create tools that accelerate go-to-market efforts.

You will prototype AI-powered agents, chatbots, and workflows that scale across teams, with fast iteration and production-ready outcomes in a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/engineering or equivalent practical experience.
Strong foundation in AI development and rapid prototyping.
Experience with automation tools and API integrations.

Responsibilities

Build AI-powered workflows to improve lead generation, qualification, outreach, and customer engagement.
Develop internal tools that improve Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations.
Design and deploy Voice AI Agents for inbound/outbound customer interactions.
Build prototypes and MVPs using AI-assisted development tools.
Automate repetitive processes using APIs, webhooks, and workflow automation platforms.
Work closely with Product, Sales, and Leadership to identify automation opportunities.
Integrate CRMs, communication platforms, AI models, and third-party SaaS applications.
Rapidly experiment, iterate, and deploy growth initiatives.
Measure performance of automations and continuously optimize them.
