To support industrial machinery sales through product knowledge, lead generation, customer visits, technical sales, quotation preparation and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop product knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses, CNC press brakes, shearing machines, fiber laser cutting machines and other machine tools.
• Generate and qualify leads through CRM, digital campaigns, IndiaMART and field networks.
• Visit fabrication units, manufacturing facilities, OEMs and auto component manufacturers to understand customer requirements.
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into sales.
• Prepare techno-commercial quotations under senior guidance.
• Conduct product demonstrations at the showroom and customer sites.
• Maintain customer records, calls, visits and follow-ups in CRM.
• Coordinate with service, dispatch and accounts teams for smooth order execution.
• Monitor competitor pricing, market trends and potential business opportunities.

• B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Production or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience: 0 to 5 years in industrial sales, machine tools, capital equipment, production, maintenance or related manufacturing roles.
• Basic understanding of industrial machinery, sheet metal processes and mechanical systems.
• Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi and English.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools and WhatsApp Business.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits across Maharashtra and nearby states.
• Must own a two-wheeler and hold a valid driving licence.
