Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, site visits, networking, and referrals
• Generate leads and maintain a strong customer pipeline across target industries
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants, EPC contractors, end users, and key clients
• Attend exhibitions, conferences, seminars, and networking events to promote company products and generate business leads
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable transformer solutions in coordination with the design and technical teams
• Coordinate with backend teams for timely quotations, proposals, documentation, order processing, and delivery schedules
• Present technical and commercial offers, handle negotiations, and convert leads into confirmed orders
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth
• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, product offerings, and customer requirements, and provide market feedback to management
• Follow up for advance and milestone payments as per agreed commercial terms
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution and keep customers updated on project progress
• Provide after-sales support, resolve customer concerns, and maintain long-term relationships for repeat business
