Job summary

JB Advanced Engineering is seeking a field sales professional to identify and develop new business opportunities in power plants, process industries, EPC companies, utilities and industrial projects.

You will visit customer sites, build relationships with plant heads and maintenance teams, prepare technical offers and presentations, and drive orders from enquiry to contract while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in power plants, process industries, EPC companies, utilities and industrial projects.
• Visit power plants and customer sites to understand technical requirements and project requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with plant heads, maintenance teams, purchase departments, consultants and EPC contractors.
• Promote and sell company products/services related to power plant operations, maintenance, engineering and equipment.
• Prepare technical offers, quotations, commercial proposals and presentations in coordination with the technical and commercial teams.
• Study customer RFQs, tender documents, specifications and scope of work.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, projects and service teams for technical and commercial requirements.
• Follow up on quotations, tenders, negotiations, purchase orders and contract finalization.
• Conduct product/service presentations and technical discussions with customers.
• Prepare sales reports, enquiry status, order forecasts and customer visit reports.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing and new project opportunities.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales/business targets.
• Support execution and after-sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Maintain proper records of customers, enquiries, quotations, orders and business opportunities.
• Travel to customer locations and project sites as required.
• Others as per requirements of business
