Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions/products.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and commercial proposals.
• Generate quotations, negotiate with customers, and support order closure.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Engineering, Operations, Procurement, and Service to ensure smooth execution.
• Visit customer sites to understand applications and provide technical support.
• Track sales pipeline, enquiries, quotations, and order status.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue and market growth.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Handle customer queries, resolve technical issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and support after-sales requirements.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for management review.
