Job summary

Altraize is seeking a Mechanical Engineering graduate with 5-8 years of experience in Sales & Marketing to drive revenue with OEMs and direct accounts across the territory. You will manage customer relationships, understand technical specs, and coordinate with the Corporate Office to align on design requirements and quality standards.

The role requires knowledge of hydraulics, machineries, and seals, plus ability to analyze market trends and maintain QM records.

Qualifications

• BE in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• 5-8 years of experience in Sales & Marketing with OEMs or direct accounts.
• Knowledge about machineries and parts where seals are used.
• Knowledge on Hydraulics.
• Familiar with design basics and able to understand technical specs.
• Skills: sales, design, hydraulics, OEM.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for preparation of annual business plan for revenue generation for the given area.
• Responsible for preparation of annual business plan for revenue generation for the given area.
• Responsible to build and grow existing customers in entire territory.
• Responsible for AR and C-form collections.
• Need to understand the customer needs & be a key interface between the customer & Corporate Office.
• Responsible for identifying market and competitive trends.
• Responsible for communicating technical design requirements, constraints functionality and implementation details verbally and in formal documentations.
• Responsible for maintaining and improving customer satisfaction level.
• Responsible to maintain all quality management records as required by the QMS.
• Responsible for individual as well as team target.
• For any other duties as and when assigned.
