Job summary

Altraize seeks a Sales & Marketing professional in the Kerala region with 5–8 years of experience working with OEMs or direct accounts. The role focuses on growing customer base, planning revenue strategies, and coordinating with the corporate office to meet targets.

The ideal candidate has a BE in Mechanical Engineering, solid understanding of hydraulics, and the ability to interpret technical specifications and design requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience handling sales and marketing with OEMs or direct accounts.
• Knowledge about machinery and parts where seals are used.
• Knowledge of hydraulics and design basics; able to understand technical specs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual business plan for revenue generation in the area.
• Build and grow existing customers across the territory.
• Manage AR and C-form collections.
• Serve as the interface between customers and Corporate Office.
• Identify market and competitive trends and communicate design requirements.”
• Maintain customer satisfaction and quality management records as per QMS.
• Achieve individual and team targets; perform other duties as assigned.

Responsible for preparation of annual business plan for revenue generation for the given area.

• Responsible to build and grow existing customers in entire territory.
• Responsible for AR and C-form collections.
• Need to understand the customer needs & be a key interface between the customer &

Corporate Office.

• Responsible for identifying market and competitive trends.
• Responsible for communicating technical design requirements, constraints functionality and

implementation details verbally and in formal documentations.

• Responsible for maintaining and improving customer satisfaction level.
• Responsible to maintain all quality management records as required by the QMS.
• Responsible for individual as well as team target.
• For any other duties as and when assigned.

BE in Mechanical Engineering
