Job summary

Altraize in Andhra Pradesh seeks a seasoned Sales & Marketing professional with a BE in Mechanical Engineering to lead revenue growth across the territory. You will build and maintain relationships with OEMs and direct accounts, understand hydraulic systems, and translate technical requirements to customers and the corporate office.

You will also manage AR/C-form collections, monitor market trends, and ensure quality management records while achieving team targets.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in handling Sales & Marketing with OEMs or Direct Accounts.
• Knowledge about machineries and parts where seals are used.
• Knowledge on Hydraulics
• Conversant with Design basics & able to understand Technical Specs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual business plan for revenue generation in the area.
• Grow and maintain existing customers across the territory.
• Manage AR and C-form collections; interface between customer and Corporate Office.
• Identify market and competitive trends and communicate them.
• Explain and document design requirements, constraints, and functionality to customers.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and ensure quality management records.

Job description

Responsible for preparation of annual business plan for revenue generation for the given area.

• Responsible to build and grow existing customers in entire territory.
• Responsible for AR and C-form collections.
• Need to understand the customer needs & be a key interface between the customer & Corporate Office.

• Responsible for identifying market and competitive trends.
• Responsible for communicating technical design requirements, constraints functionality and implementation details verbally and in formal documentations.

• Responsible for maintaining and improving customer satisfaction level.
• Responsible to maintain all quality management records as required by the QMS.
• Responsible for individual as well as team target.
• For any other duties as and when assigned.
