Job summary

Altraize is seeking a Senior Sales & Marketing professional with 5–8 years of experience in OEMs or direct accounts to drive revenue in the Tamil Nadu region. You will understand customer needs, interface with Corporate Office, and lead initiatives across markets and product lines.

Responsibilities include planning, customer development, collections, and ensuring quality and design communication. A background in hydraulics and mechanical design will help analyze technical specifications.

Qualifications

• BE in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• 5-8 years experience in Sales & Marketing with OEMs or Direct Accounts.
• Knowledge of machineries and parts where seals are used; hydraulics knowledge; design basics and ability to read technical specs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual business plan for revenue generation for the given area.
• Build and grow existing customers in the entire territory.
• Manage AR and C-form collections.
