Job summary

Altraize is seeking a seasoned Sales & Marketing professional for the Krishnagiri district in Tamil Nadu, India. The role focuses on preparing annual revenue plans, expanding the customer base, and managing AR/C-form collections.

You will understand customer needs and serve as the main interface between customers and the corporate office. The candidate should have 5-8 years of experience in OEM or direct accounts, with strong knowledge of hydraulics, design, and machinery parts.

Qualifications

• BE in Mechanical Engineering is a must-have qualification.
• 5-8 years of experience in Sales & Marketing with OEMs or Direct Accounts.
• Knowledge of machineries and parts where seals are used; hydraulics knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual business plan for revenue generation for the area.
• Build and grow existing customers in the territory.
• Handle AR and C-form collections.
• Understand customer needs and act as interface between customer and Corporate Office.
• Identify market and competitive trends and communicate design requirements and constraints.

• Responsible for maintaining and improving customer satisfaction level.
• Responsible to maintain all quality management records as required by the QMS.
• Responsible for individual as well as team target.
• For any other duties as and when assigned.
