Job summary

MEL Systems and Services Ltd. is seeking a dynamic sales professional in Chennai to drive growth in industrial and electronic process materials and equipment.

You will promote soldering, dispensing, rework, and cleaning solutions while building strong customer relationships across EMS, Aerospace, and Defence sectors. The role requires a Bachelor's in Electronics or Electrical, 1–10 years in industrial sales, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electrical, or a related field.
• 1-10 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in Electronic Manufacturing Materials, Soldering, Dispensing, or Rework Systems.
• The candidate must either have strong technical knowledge of industrial/electronic process equipment OR possess an established customer base in EMS, Aerospace, or Defence.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel for client meetings, product demos, and technical discussions.

• Promote and manage sales for industrial and electronic process materials and equipment including: Solder Paste, Flux, EMS & Metal Cleaning Solutions; Precision Soldering and De-soldering Solutions; SMT Rework Stations; Precision Manual and Robotic Dispensing Systems.
• Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with customers across EMS, Aerospace, and Defence industries.
• Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions from MELSS product portfolio.
