Job Purpose

We are looking for enthusiastic and technically inclined Sales Engineers / Sales Executives to support sales activities for industrial soldering, dispensing, and electronic manufacturing solutions. The role involves learning product applications, assisting in customer interactions, and supporting the sales team in business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in promoting and selling industrial and electronic process materials and equipment such as:
• Solder Paste, Solder Wire, Flux, and Solder Preforms
• Industrial and EMS Cleaning Solutions
• Precision Soldering & De-soldering Systems and SMT Rework Stations
• Fume Extraction Systems
• Manual and Automated Dispensing Solutions
• Support senior sales engineers in customer meetings, product demonstrations, and technical discussions.
• Understand customer requirements and help propose suitable solutions from the company’s product portfolio.
• Prepare basic sales documents such as quotations, proposals, and follow-up reports.
• Maintain customer data and support account management activities.
• Coordinate with internal technical and service teams for demos and customer support.
• Learn market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
• Travel to customer locations along with senior team members when required.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics / Physics / Chemistry.
• Strong interest in technical sales and industrial products.
• Basic understanding of electronics manufacturing processes (SMT, soldering, assembly – knowledge preferred).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work in a target-driven environment.
• Readiness to travel to customer locations as required.
