Job summary

JobItUs in Delhi seeks an experienced industrial sales professional to drive enquiry generation through visits and exhibitions. You will evaluate leads, present techno–commercial offers, and demonstrate electrical components at customer premises or the office.

You will negotiate orders, ensure delivery, and handle payments while reporting via SAP/CRM. The role requires 3–5 years of proven industrial sales experience in sectors like Pharma, Packaging, and Automotive, with hands-on knowledge of

Responsibilities

• Generate enquiries through customer visits and exhibitions.
• Evaluate leads and convert to quotes and orders.
• Respond to enquiries by phone, email, or referrals.
• Submission of techno–commercial offers and demonstrations at customer sites or in office.
• Negotiate and finalize orders; ensure delivery and payment collection.
• Prepare monthly sales, travel and collection plans; report via SAP/CRM.
• Collect market intelligence and support marketing events.

Description:

Enquiry Generation through Customer visits, participation in Exhibitions, interacting with Industry personnel
Evaluation of leads / enquiries to convert them into quotes to orders
Responding to Enquiries received through phone, email, customer referrals, industry referrals
Submission of Techno – Commercial Offer
Demonstration of the Tools & Machines at Customers premises/sites or in the office
Following up with Customer by Phone, Email and Direct Visit
Negotiation & finalization of Orders
Ensuring the Material ordered by the Customer is delivered to them as agreed
Collection of Payment & C – Forms
Responding to Customer complaints
Providing Operation & Maintenance Training to the Customer/his operators
Submitting Daily Reports to the Management through SAP/ CRM on sales app.
Preparation of Monthly Sales Plan, Travel Plan, Collection Plan and ensuring the implementation of the
same regularly.
Collecting Market intelligence / Competitor information and submitting the same to the Management.
Supporting marketing activities like attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
Visiting New Customers, new territories and new applications in order to grow the sales and expand the
market.

• Education: B.E. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE).
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 yearsof proven industrial salesexperience.
• Product Expertise: Must have hands-on experience in selling electrical componentssuch as Controllers, Frequency Drives, and Motors & Pumps across North India.
• Industry Background: Must have closely worked with machine manufacturersin sectors like Pharma, Packaging, and Automotive.
