Job summary

RECEX Pvt. Ltd. in Delhi seeks an experienced industrial sales professional to drive enquiry generation through customer visits and exhibitions.

You will evaluate leads, prepare techno-commercial offers, and demonstrate electrical equipment like controllers, frequency drives, motors and pumps at client sites or in the office. You will negotiate orders, ensure on-time delivery, and collect payments while handling inquiries via multiple channels.

Qualifications

• B.E. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) is required.
• 3–5 years of proven industrial sales experience.
• Hands-on experience selling electrical components (controllers, frequency drives, motors & pumps).

Responsibilities

• Generate enquiries via customer visits and exhibitions; interact with industry personnel.
• Evaluate leads to convert them into quotes and orders; respond to inquiries by phone, email, and referrals.
• Submit techno-commercial offers; demonstrate tools and machines at customer sites or office.
• Follow up with customers by phone, email, and direct visits; negotiate and finalize orders.
• Ensure delivery of material as ordered; collect payments and C-forms; respond to complaints.
• Provide operation and maintenance training; submit daily reports via SAP/CRM.
• Prepare monthly sales, travel, and collection plans; gather market intelligence and monitor competition.
• Support marketing activities by attending trade shows and events; visit new customers and territories to grow market.

Description:

Enquiry Generation through Customer visits, participation in Exhibitions, interacting with Industry personnel
Evaluation of leads / enquiries to convert them into quotes to orders
Responding to Enquiries received through phone, email, customer referrals, industry referrals
Submission of Techno – Commercial Offer
Demonstration of the Tools & Machines at Customers premises/sites or in the office
Following up with Customer by Phone, Email and Direct Visit
Negotiation & finalization of Orders
Ensuring the Material ordered by the Customer is delivered to them as agreed
Collection of Payment & C – Forms
Responding to Customer complaints
Providing Operation & Maintenance Training to the Customer/his operators
Submitting Daily Reports to the Management through SAP/ CRM on sales app.
Preparation of Monthly Sales Plan, Travel Plan, Collection Plan and ensuring the implementation of the
same regularly.
Collecting Market intelligence / Competitor information and submitting the same to the Management.
Supporting marketing activities like attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
Visiting New Customers, new territories and new applications in order to grow the sales and expand the
market.

• Education: B.E. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE).
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 yearsof proven industrial salesexperience.
• Product Expertise: Must have hands-on experience in selling electrical componentssuch as Controllers, Frequency Drives, and Motors & Pumps across North India.
• Industry Background: Must have closely worked with machine manufacturersin sectors like Pharma, Packaging, and Automotive.
