Aufgaben

• Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Manage key customer accounts and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Prepare and negotiate quotations, pricing, and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Purchase, Quality, and Dispatch for timely order execution.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends.
• Achieve sales targets and monitor business performance.
• Promote products through customer visits, exhibitions, and marketing activities.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely closure.
• Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and marketing performance reports.
• Support new product development and launches.
• Guide and supervise the marketing team to achieve departmental goals.
• Visit and interact with customers on behalf of the company.
• Prepare and submit quotations within approved pricing guidelines.
• Recommend new customers, dealers, distributors, or business opportunities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
