Job summary

Thermax in Pune seeks a Sales & Marketing Engineer with 3–6 years of proven field experience to drive the annual business plan. You will visit customers, identify opportunities and coordinate with HO to convert inquiries into orders.

Ideal candidates hold BE Mech, are strong communicators, and capable of building lasting customer relationships while delivering profitable solutions and targeted growth across segments.

Qualifications

• BE Mech degree is required.
• 3–6 years of experience in sales/marketing engineering or related roles.
• Location Pune, India.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual business plan set by organization.
• Create regular visit plan to customer place and build strong customer relationships quarterly.
• Maintain existing customer accounts and ensure repeat business with satisfaction.
• Identify new customers and develop/convert to Thermax business.
• Generate inquiries from customer sites for spare parts, improvement projects, revamp, CA & RLA studies, and digital sales.
• Understand requirements and propose better options with HO and back-end sales team.
• Map competitors and create insights for HO for market-driven improvements.
• Maintain ongoing dialogue with customers and provide updates on latest happenings within the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Achieve Annual Business Plan set by Organization.
• Create regular visit plan to customer place & build good customer relationship covering all customers on quarterly basis.
• Maintain Existing Customer Accounts & ensuring repeat business with customer satisfaction.
• New Customer Identification & develop / convert in to Thermax Business.
• Generation of Inquiries from customer place for Spare Parts , Improvement Projects , Revamp , CA & RLA Studies , Digital Sales.
• Understand the requirement and suggest better options with collaboration of HO & back end sales team.
• Competition mapping & creating insights for HO for any improvisation as per market need.
• Continue dialogue with all customers and update meaningful information for latest happenings within the organization.
