• Conduct high-volume outbound calls and prospecting activities to identify potential business opportunities.
• Connect with founders, business owners, and key decision-makers across D2C and eCommerce businesses.
• Understand prospect requirements, qualify leads, and schedule qualified meetings or demos.
• Maintain accurate lead, call, and follow-up information in the CRM.
• Follow up consistently with prospects through calls, email, and other professional communication channels.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly activity and conversion targets.
