Job summary

Ekincare seeks a results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) in Gurgaon to build and drive the outbound engine, opening doors with CHROs and HR leaders and advancing deals through the pipeline on our health benefits platform.

You will qualify leads, schedule meetings, and support the Corporate Sales team in converting outreach into pipeline. Strong communication skills and B2B experience are essential in this HR-tech/SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 12 years of experience in SDR, inside sales, or lead generation (B2B preferred).
• Background in HR-tech, SaaS, healthcare, or wellness will be an added advantage.
• Confident verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to CHROs, HR Heads, and Employee Benefits stakeholders through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the Corporate Sales team.
• Support in preparing and submitting RFPs/RFIs in coordination with internal teams.
• Assist in resolving client queries and escalations in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of outreach and pipeline activity in the CRM.

We are seeking a sharp Sales Development Representative to build and drive ekincares outbound engine, opening doors with CHROs and HR leaders and keeping deals moving. The individual will qualify leads, schedule meetings, and support the Corporate Sales team in converting outreach into pipeline across our health benefits platform.
