Job summary

Beckhoff Automation - INDIA, based in Ahmedabad, is seeking a Sales Coordinator to assist with quotations, orders, and payments. You will interact with customers on POs, deliveries and invoices and support tender processes in an international automation company.

Ideal candidates are graduates with 0–1 years experience, possess strong English communication, and work well in a team. This on-site role offers growth in a global technology leader.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate with 0–1 years experience.
• General knowledge of business processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Microsoft D365.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations and pro forma invoices, and maintain spare part summaries.
• Communicate with customers regarding purchase orders, deliveries and invoices.
• Follow up on outstanding payments.
• Handle e-tendering through customer portals.

We are a representative office in Ahmedabad, India, and we are actively expanding our team and looking for a suitable Sales Coordinator.

Responsibilities

• preparation of quotations and pro forma invoices, and maintenance of summaries (spares)
• customer communication regarding receipt of purchase orders, material deliveries and invoices
• follow-up on outstanding payments
• handling e-tendering through customer portals

Qualifications

• any graduate with experience (0–1 years)
• general knowledge of business processes
• mandatory knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point and Microsoft D365
• should have positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
• good command of written and spoken English
• oft-spoken, a good listener, and possessing a problem-solving attitude
