Job summary

Beckhoff Automation - INDIA in Chennai, India, seeks a Sales Coordinator with 0–1 years experience to assist in quotation preparation, order processing, and customer liaison. You will handle pro forma invoices, maintain spares summaries, and support timely payments while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an international automation leader.

The role requires good English communication, teamwork, and proficiency in MS Office and D365.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 0–1 years experience.
• General knowledge of business processes.
• Mandatory knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Microsoft D365.
• Should have positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations and pro forma invoices; maintain spares summaries.

We are a representative office in Chennai, India, and we are actively expanding our team and looking for a suitable Sales Coordinator.

Responsibilities

• preparation of quotations and pro forma invoices, and maintenance of summaries (spares)
• customer communication regarding receipt of purchase orders, material deliveries and invoices
• follow-up on outstanding payments
• handling e-tendering through customer portals

Qualifications

• any graduate with experience (0–1 years)
• general knowledge of business processes
• mandatory knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point and Microsoft D365
• should have positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
