Job summary

Beckhoff Automation Pvt. Ltd. in Ahmedabad is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to support the sales office. You will prepare quotations, manage pro forma invoices, and maintain spares summaries; communicate with customers about orders, deliveries and invoices; and assist with e-tendering through customer portals.

Ideal candidates are graduates with 0-1 years' experience, proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and D365, with good English and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Graduation required with 0–1 year of experience.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and D365.
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

We are a representative office in Ahmedabad, India, and we are actively expanding our team and looking for a suitable Sales Coordinator.

Responsibilities

• preparation of quotations and pro forma invoices, and maintenance of summaries (spares)
• customer communication regarding receipt of purchase orders, material deliveries and invoices
• follow-up on outstanding payments
• handling e-tendering through customer portals

Qualifications

• any graduate with experience (0-1 years)
• general knowledge of business processes
• mandatory knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point and Microsoft D365
• should have positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
• good command of written and spoken English
