Job summary

Hi-tech Buildcon in Vrindavan invites an energetic outbound calling specialist to join our sales team. You will handle daily outbound calls, generate and qualify leads, and schedule site visits, acting as the first touchpoint with prospective buyers.

We expect 2–5 years in outbound calling or tele-sales, strong Hindi and English communication, and a proven ability to meet daily targets. Proficiency in MS Excel and basic CRM usage is preferred. Relocation to Vrindavan is required.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in Outbound Calling, Tele-sales, or Lead Generation (prior Real Estate or High-Rise project experience preferred).
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication, persuasive pitch skills, and polite phone etiquette in Hindi and English.
• Target-Driven: Proven track record of hitting daily calling targets and converting cold/warm leads into actual site visits.
• Location & Relocation: Candidate must be willing to relocate to Vrindavan (or be currently based in Vrindavan/Mathura).
• Technical Skills: basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools for managing call sheets and appointments.
