Job summary

Progen Erp Systems is seeking a motivated Sales Coordinator to handle inquiries, coordinate product demos with the technical team, and follow up with prospective and existing clients. The role requires maintaining CRM data and assisting with PO paperwork.

You will prepare quotations, manage payment follow-ups with the accounts team, and occasionally travel for exhibitions, with in-office hours Monday to Saturday at Malad West, Mumbai.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience; freshers with good communication are welcome.
• Clear, confident communication over phone and email.
• Organised and reliable; strong at follow-ups and keeping records tidy.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming inquiries and share brochures and product information.

• Maintain and update client and lead details in our CRM / Workforce Management Software.

Preferred candidate profile

• Clear, confident communication over phone and email
• Organised and reliable strong at follow-ups and keeping records tidy
• Comfortable with Excel, email, and basic CRM tools
• Willing to occasionally travel for exhibitions
• Available in-office, Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM, at our Malad West, Mumbai office
