Job summary

Responsibilities

• Generate new sales leads through outbound calls and follow up on existing leads.
• Handle both inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Explain project details, including flats, apartments, villas, locations, amenities, and specifications.
• Coordinate with the Sales Team to schedule and confirm site visits.
• Maintain a professional and positive relationship with prospective customers.
• Maintain accurate records in the ERP system of calls, requirements, follow-ups, and lead status.
• Prepare and share regular updates on calls made, leads generated, follow-ups, and site visits.
• Present project details over the phone including flats and villas.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calling, lead generation, and site visits.

• Prepare and share regular updates/reports on calls made, leads generated, follow-ups, and site visits.
• Must be comfortable presenting project details/Flat/Individual Villas over the phone.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calling, lead generation, and site visits.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience in Real estate Telecalling,
• Excellent communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
• Experience in lead generation and customer follow-up.
• Positive attitude, patience, and ability to handle customer objections.
