Job summary

MEGMEET in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, invites a Sales Assistant/Coordinator to manage daily order processing, liaise with planning, production and logistics, and ensure timely delivery. The role covers order receipt, shipment, billing and payment collection in a fast paced environment.

You will work with PLM/Oracle/MES/EIP systems, handle international and local documentation, and maintain data accuracy while promoting cost awareness and strong customer service in English.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years working experience in international company in sales/support roles.
• Proficient in spoken English and email drafting.
• Experience with PLM/ORACLE/MES/EIP systems.
• Knowledge of the whole sales order process and logistics.
• Familiar with international/local transaction terms and documents preparation.
• Strong communication and pressure tolerance.

Responsibilities

• Process daily orders including order receiving, shipment, reconciliation and billing, payment collection and handling abnormalities from order to payment.
• Coordinate with planning, production, warehousing and finance to confirm delivery dates and arrange shipment and documents.
• Maintain PLM/ORACLE/MES/EIP daily data and system processing.
• Collect and file transportation and settlement documents (E-WAYBILL, INVOICE, LR, L/C documents).
• Supervise real-time logistics and handle anomalies, maintain order ledger data.
• Assist to standardize operations and establish a management system across departments.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily order processing, including but not limited to: order receiving， shipment, reconciliation and billing, payment collection and abnormal event processing, complete the closed-loop work from order receiving to payment collection
• Liaise with planning, production, warehousing and finance departments to follow up and reply customer delivery date, prepare documents and arrange shipment and transportation of goods, warn, feedback and deal with anomalies, ensure customer order delivery and information feedback in time
• Responsible for PLM/ORCALE/MES/EIP system daily processing and data maintenance
• Responsible for the collection and filing of transportation and settlement documents, including but not limited to: E-WAYBILL,EINVOICE,LR,L/C settlement documents, etc
• Supervise logistics transportation and distribution in real time and handle all kinds of anomalies timely,and maintain customer orderledger data
• Assist to deal with the local constructive work of the department, including but not limited to:
• Standardize the operation process, establish the management system, related department
  

Requirements

• 1-4 years working experience in international company as position like: Sales Assistant,Sales Coordinator,SalesExecutive,Sales and Marketing Engineer
• Good command over spoken English & mail drafting skills
• Experience with PLM/ORCALE/MES/EIP systems
• Master the basic knowledge points of the whole sales order process and logistics knowledge points, and have a strong cost consciousness
• Familiar with international and local transaction terms and documents preparation, review,customs clearance, settlement related operation process
• Strong communication and pressure tolerance skills
