Job summary

Shivanaa Homes in Surat is seeking a Sales Coordination professional to manage order processing, confirm quantities, colors, rates and stock availability, and prepare Sales Orders in Tally/ERP.

You will coordinate with dispatch, share tracking details with customers, and follow up on pending orders, while maintaining accurate records and clear written communication in English and Hindi.

This role offers a stable environment with a path to Team Lead as order volume grows.

Qualifications

• Graduate in B.Com or BBA preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and numbers orientation.
• Good written communication in English and Hindi.

Responsibilities

• Receive orders from distributors via WhatsApp, phone, and email and confirm quality, color, length, and rate.
• Check stock availability before order confirmation.
• Prepare the Sales Order in Tally/ERP and send confirmation to customers.
• Check credit status flag from accounts before releasing an order.
• Coordinate with dispatch on pick slips, cut lengths, and delivery timelines.
• Share dispatch updates, LR copies, and tracking details with customers.
• Handle customer follow-ups on pending orders, shortages, and corrections.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Receive orders from distributors on WhatsApp, phone and email, and confirm quality, color, length and rate.
• Check stock availability before confirming an order.
• Prepare the Sales Order (SO) in Tally/ERP and send the confirmation back to the customer.
• Check the credit status flag from accounts before releasing an order.
• Coordinate with the dispatch team on pick slips, cut lengths and delivery timelines.
• Share dispatch updates, LR copies and tracking details with customers.
• Handle customer follow-ups on pending orders, shortages and corrections.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any stream (B.Com or BBA preferred).
• 1 to 3 years of experience in sales coordination, order processing or back office, ideally in textiles, fabrics or home furnishing.
• Working knowledge of Excel and Tally or any ERP.
• Comfortable with WhatsApp Business and quick written communication in English and Hindi (Gujarati is a plus).
• Accurate with numbers, units and details.
• Calm under pressure, and able to follow up with distributors politely and firmly.
• Based in or willing to work from Surat.
