Responsibilities

• Field Sales Support: Provide real-time operational and administrative support to field sales personnel (client updates, document dispatch, stock check, order tracking).
• Lead & Pipeline Tracking: Enter leads into CRM, update deal stages, and track pipeline progress for timely follow-ups.
• Coordination: Liaise between field sales, logistics/dispatch, accounts, and management to resolve client inquiries and speed up closures.
• Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports, quotation conversion status, and pending task lists.

Job Overview

We are looking for an organized, proactive, and detailed-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team in Surat. In this role, you will serve as the core backend support for our field sales teammanaging CRM operations, generating accurate quotations, and ensuring seamless communication between sales reps on the field and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

• CRM & Quotation Management: Create, update, and manage official quotations, price estimates, and sales orders accurately in the CRM system.
  
• Field Sales Support: Provide real-time operational and administrative support to field sales personnel (client updates, document dispatch, stock check, order tracking).
  
• Lead & Pipeline Tracking: Assist in entering leads into the CRM, updating deal stages, and tracking pipeline progress to ensure timely follow-ups.
  
• Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between field sales, logistics/dispatch, accounts, and management to resolve client inquiries and speed up deal closures.
  
• Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports, quotation conversion status, and pending task lists for review.
  

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 2 to 7 years of hands-on experience in sales coordination, sales administration, or backend sales support.
  
• CRM Proficiency: Demonstrated experience in working with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or proprietary systems) for managing deals and generating quotations.
  
• Skill Sets:
