Job summary

Peoplecraft Consultancy Surat is seeking a sales support executive to handle inquiries across phone, WhatsApp, email, and other channels. You will generate leads, explain furniture products, designs, pricing, and delivery details to customers, and coordinate with sales, production, and dispatch teams.

The role emphasizes following up quotations and orders, maintaining records, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Qualifications

• Handle incoming customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to generate sales leads.
• Explain furniture products, designs, specifications, pricing, and delivery details to customers.
• Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, payments, and deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the sales, production, and dispatch teams for timely order execution.
• Prepare and share quotations, order details, and other sales-related documents.
• Maintain proper records of customer enquiries, leads, follow-ups, and sales orders.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed orders through effective communication and follow-up.
• Maintain regular communication with existing customers for repeat business.
• Coordinate with dealers, distributors, architects, interior designers, and other business clients when required.
• Collect customer feedback and communicate requirements to the concerned department.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and lead-generation targets.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales and follow-up reports for management.
