Job summary

Primo Automation Systems is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support daily sales activities, handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and coordinate with production, purchasing, stores, dispatch and accounts for smooth order execution.

The role requires 1–2 years in Sales Coordination or related fields, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook. Prior experience in manufacturing/industrial/automation sectors will be preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Sales Coordination / Sales Support / Sales Administration.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Experience in preparing quotations and maintaining sales records.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Ability to work with multiple departments.
• Candidates from manufacturing / industrial / automation / engineering companies will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls and emails professionally.
