Job summary

Nord Drivesystems in Pune district, India, is seeking a Sales Coordinator to manage production and spare order processing in SAP, coordinating with sales teams and our Germany office. You will oversee timely order acknowledgements after techno-commercial checks.

The role covers handling full built and spare orders for international customers, verifying specifications, creating customer masters, and coordinating with production, warehouse and logistics to ensure on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

• Production / Spare order processing in SAP for assembly plant by checking all incoming orders & coordination with sales and Germany.
• Sending order acknowledgement to all sales Offices within target time frame (System Driven) after Techno commercial check
• Processing fully built / Spare orders for High Sea Sale (Euro Orders), Import orders to GBN / NCS
• To double-check all specifications of project orders and confirm with customer and sales managers.
• Customer Master creation (Finance activities)
• Sales Order Release Z040 to NDI production, Germany, China & Italy. Etc. based on Sales order
• Getting clarification for discrepancies in the customer order (If any) / in OC from branch offices
• Handling interplant assembly orders and export customer orders.
• Organizing urgent delivery of units / spares by coordinating with Production & Warehouse.
• Processing Order amendment, order cancellation & customer return order in SAP system.
• To plan, organize and manage complete data from the coordination. To ensure proper disciplined filing system for easy access.
• To prepare and follow a SOP for coordination with all departments in the Co., i.e. management, sales, service, stock, production, etc. Responsibility distribution with coordination colleagues
• Special attention for service and spares requirement. Priority attention to customer requirements and breakdowns. To assess and decide mode of freight.
• To ensure timely support over telephone or E-mail to field sales for information and data sharing.
• To prepare a system of logging and recording such requests.
