Roha Dyechem Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai is seeking a proactive sales professional to manage all sales activities in the assigned territory. You will coordinate end-to-end with customers for daily operations, prepare quotations, and ensure timely delivery of goods while maintaining accurate sales records.

The role involves handling SAP daily, communicating with factory and international offices, following up on payments, and building strong relationships with existing clients to drive growth.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Managing all the sales related activities of the respective assigned territory.
• Responsible for end-to-end coordination with customers for daily operations related to sales.
• Providing documentation & updated information to customer for delays, difficulties, or changes to cost & dispatches estimation & attends customer queries.
• Ordering & ensuring the delivery of goods to customers.
• To convert the new enquiries to orders, as understanding their requirement and accordingly arranging for the quotation.
• Working on SAP daily basis.
• Administrative tasks such as sales activities, data input, and processing information, completing paper work & filling documents.
• Managing relevant communications between factory, internal departments & international offices to ensure completion of order in time.
• Preparation & submitting price Quotation/ PFIs to the customers. Forwarding orders for further system booking & maintaining sales record.
• Outstanding Payment Follow-up in Every Aspect. (Advance, Due, Balance Payments).
• Telephonic calls with customer on understanding their requirement.
• Creating Compliant Memo's, Sample Memo's, in SAP & processing the same.
• Ensuring keen follow-ups & maintain healthy business relationship with existing clients.
