Job summary

Nishka Instruments in Mumbai, India, seeks a Sales Coordination professional to handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and coordinate with sales, production and engineering teams. You will manage POs, lead times and delivery schedules while maintaining records in CRM/ERP systems.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in sales coordination or related roles, with strong MS Excel/Word skills and familiarity with CRM/ERP systems. ITI candidates may also be considered.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering as listed; ITI candidates may be considered.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination, inside sales, customer service or sales support.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Word; familiarity with CRM/ERP systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and coordinate with the sales and technical teams to understand requirements.
• Prepare accurate quotations, proforma invoices and other sales-related documents.
• Process and follow up on Purchase Orders (POs), ensuring pricing, terms and specifications are aligned with quotations.
• Coordinate with production, engineering and internal teams to ensure customer requirements are technically feasible and accurately executed.
• Manage order status, lead times, delivery schedules and dispatch coordination, while keeping customers informed.
• Maintain and update customer, quotation, order and sales records in CRM/ERP systems.
• Identify and proactively resolve discrepancies in orders, documentation or delivery schedules.
• Assist the sales team with lead follow-ups, reporting and day-to-day sales coordination.
