Job summary

Arihant Fertiliser And Chemicals India Limited is seeking a Sales Coordinator in Indore to act as a central link between the Sales Team, Dispatch, and Accounts. You will ensure timely dispatches, accurate sales data, and smooth coordination across departments.

The role requires maintaining dealer databases, responding to routine queries, and following up on orders until delivery. Preference given to female candidates; full-time position based in Indore.

• Ensure accurate processing of sales team expenses and timely dispatches.
• Maintain dealer and Sales Team databases and respond to routine queries.
• Provide accurate sales data for decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Sales Order Coordination: Receive and process sales orders from dealers and customers; verify product, quantity, price, payment terms, and delivery details; coordinate order confirmation; maintain daily records; track order status from receipt to delivery.
• Dispatch and Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with dispatch for timely material movement; prepare and share dispatch plans; track dispatched quantities and pending deliveries.
• Dealer and Sales Team Coordination: Maintain updated dealer and Sales Team databases; handle routine queries related to orders, dispatches, invoices, and product availability; follow up on pending orders and delivery issues; support sales team in maintaining dealer relationships; escalate issues to GM / Sales Manager.
• TA/DA bills checking & processing.
• Sales Data and Reporting: Prepare and maintain daily, monthly attendance, daily sales, monthly sales, target versus achievement, dispatch versus sales, and pending order reports.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

1) Sales Order Coordination

Receive and process sales orders from dealers and customers.

Verify product, quantity, price, payment terms, and delivery details.

Coordinate order confirmation with the concerned sales personnel.

Maintain daily records of pending and completed orders.

Track order status from receipt to final delivery.

2) Dispatch and Logistics Coordination

Coordinate with the dispatch department for timely material movement.

Prepare and share dispatch plans based on sales requirements.

Track dispatched quantities and pending deliveries.

3) Dealer and Sales Team Coordination

Maintain updated dealer and Sales Team databases.

Handle routine Sales Team queries related to orders, dispatches, invoices, and product availability.

Follow up on pending orders and delivery issues.

Support the sales team in maintaining strong dealer relationships.

Escalate important Sales Team issues to the GM / Sales Manager.

4) TA/DA bills checking & processing.

5) Sales Data and Reporting

Prepare and maintain:

Daily & Monthly attendance report

Daily sales reports

Monthly sales reports

Target versus achievement reports

Dispatch versus sales reports

Pending order reports

Preferred candidate profile

1) The role acts as the central coordination point between the Sales Team, Dispatch, Accounts.

2) The Sales Coordinator should ensure that sales team expenses are processed accurately, products are dispatched on time, dealers receive timely information, and management receives accurate sales data for decision-making.
