• Making Order Sheet

• To send dispatch detail to customer
• Maintaining Dispatch Details
• Follow up for vehicle status whether it has reached at destination on timer or not
• Follow up for Purchase Order and Schedule
• To Send Quotation Every Month for New rates
• To send Performa Invoice to customer
• Looking after New customer Enquiry
• Looking after customers query and coordinating with concern department
• Handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.
