Job summary

Qualifications

• 15 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Purchase Coordination, Supply Chain, Vendor Management, Sales Support, or a similar role.
• Good understanding of supplier coordination, quotations, purchase orders, shipments, and documentation.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and communication skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and basic documentation processes.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple suppliers and internal teams effectively.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update complete records of suppliers, including pricing, POs, delivery schedules, technical queries, and invoices.
• Handle sales enquiries and quotation-related activities, including preparing and sharing quotations with clients.
• Manage and coordinate supplier shipments to ensure timely and smooth delivery.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding shipment schedules, dispatches, and required documentation.
• Share all shipment-related documents with the Accounts and Administration teams for further processing.
• Coordinate and follow up with suppliers regarding loading, dispatch, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate closely with the Sales Team to ensure timely fulfilment of customer and business requirements.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure adherence to agreed pricing, delivery timelines, and order requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure all supplier and shipment records are updated accurately.
