Job summary

Nexus Automation Solutions in Tamil Nadu invites a proactive Sales Coordinator to drive lead generation, handle customer coordination, and manage quotations for our Industrial Automation portfolio.

You will generate leads via IndiaMART and other channels, perform 50 cold calls daily, maintain CRM records, coordinate with Sales Engineers and internal teams, and provide timely sales reports to support business growth.

Qualifications

• Any Graduate or Diploma required.
• Electrical/Electronics background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries, calls, emails, WhatsApp, and order processing.
• Generate and qualify B2B leads via IndiaMART, website, cold calling, referrals.
• Make 50 cold calls per day to generate new leads.
• Coordinate with Sales Engineers for technical support.
• Prepare quotations and supporting documents.
• Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline.
• Prepare daily sales, call, and quotation reports.
• Ensure prompt customer responses and strong service.

Job description

We are looking for aSales Coordinatorto handlelead generation, customer coordination, sales inquiries, quotation management, sales follow-ups, and inside sales supportfor our Industrial Automation business.

Key Responsibilities

• Handlecustomer inquiries, inbound sales calls, emails,WhatsApp inquiries, and sales order processingwith accuracyand timely response.
• Generate and qualifyB2B sales leadsthroughIndiaMART,company website, cold calling, referrals, and other lead-generation platforms.
• Make a minimum of50 cold calls per dayto generatenew leads and customer opportunities.
• Understand customer requirements related toindustrial automations, PLC, HMI, VFD, Servo, Control Panels, and Electrical Productsand coordinate with Sales Engineers for technical support.
• Collect technical and commercial requirements and coordinatequotation preparation, proposal submission, pricing, and supporting documents.
• Send quotations and conduct systematicsales follow-up,lead nurturing, and customer relationship managementto convert inquiriesinto orders.
• MaintainCRM records, sales pipeline, lead database,quotation status, customer interactions, and follow-up schedules.
• Coordinate withSales Engineers, Purchase, Design,Production, and Accountsfor smooth execution of customer requirementsand orders.
• Prepare dailysales reports, call reports, quotationreports, follow-up reports, and sales pipeline updatesfor managementreview.
• Ensure prompt response to customers and maintain strongcustomer service, communication, coordination, and business developmentstandards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Any Graduate / Diploma ; Electrical / ElectronicsEngineering backgroundis an added advantage.
• 1–3 years of experience inSales Coordination, Inside Sales, Telecalling, Lead Generation, Business Development, Customer Support, or B2B Sales.
• Goodverbal and written communication, cold calling,customer handling, negotiation, follow-up, and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge ofMS Excel, email communication, CRM, and sales reporting.
• Experience inIndustrial Automation, Electrical Products, Control Panels, PLC, HMI, VFD, or Engineering Productsis an added advantage.
• Target-oriented, proactive, organized, and strong in customer follow-up.
