Role Description

The Sales and Service Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. This role involves greeting customers, understanding their vehicle care needs, and recommending suitable detailing and eco-friendly service packages. The associate will handle inquiries, explain service features and pricing, manage basic documentation or billing, and coordinate with service technicians to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery. Daily responsibilities include maintaining a clean and welcoming customer area, providing updates on service status, and supporting after-service follow-up to encourage repeat business. The role also requires tracking customer feedback, assisting with promotions or local marketing activities, and adhering to company standards for safety, quality, and customer experience.

Qualifications
