Job summary

Bajaj Housing Finance is seeking a sales leader in Bengaluru to drive targets for Home Loan and LAP products. You will lead a team of sales executives, generate business through DSAs and field visits, and manage the end-to-end sales process from sourcing to disbursement.

The role requires 0-4 years of experience in NBFC housing finance-related sales, strong knowledge of home loan concepts, and excellent communication to build relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales management or similar role in NBFC/housing finance is preferred.
• Strong understanding of home loans/LAP/housing finance concepts and regulations.
• Proven track record of achieving business targets through leadership and strategy.
