Job summary

Exalans & Hunar - Your Virtual HR! is seeking dynamic Sales & Marketing Executives for field sales across Kerala, including Trivandrum, Kottayam, Cochin, Thrissur and Calicut.

The role targets promoting electrical products, generating leads, and converting opportunities through direct interaction with consultants, contractors, builders and architects. The ideal candidate has 0–2 years in Sales/Marketing, strong communication and presentation skills, and is willing to travel.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing or Business Development.
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory (Kerala).
• Knowledge of electrical products or the electrical industry is a plus.
• A two-wheeler and a valid driving licence would be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit Electrical Consultants, Contractors, Builders, Architects and other potential customers regularly.
• Promote company products and generate new sales leads and business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Conduct regular field visits to identify new projects and potential business.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations and sales orders to achieve sales targets.
• Coordinate with the internal sales team for customer requirements and order processing.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback.
• Prepare daily visit reports and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.

The role involves field sales and business development by meeting Electrical Consultants, Electrical Contractors, Builders, Architects and other key stakeholders to promote our products and develop business opportunities.
