Job summary

Taggd is seeking a Manager-RPO to lead recruitment efforts for manufacturing, plant, OEM, and related roles in the Oragadam/Chennai area. The role reports to the Vice President and involves coordinating with TA leadership and HR to drive talent acquisition initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in search or RPO firms, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of sourcing strategies, compliance, and high-skilled talent engagement.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with business stakeholders and TA leadership.
• Understand business units to align sourcing strategy with recruitment needs.
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers and stakeholders with insights and reporting.
• Be a primary contact for recruitment strategy within the RPO team.
• Seek feedback to improve recruitment solutions and drive outcomes.
• Analyze recruitment trends to optimize future hiring and reduce risk.
• Explain processes and benefits of Taggd services to stakeholders.
• Ensure governance, policy, and compliance within the team.
• Utilize sourcing expertise to recruit high-skilled, specialized talent.
• Review recruitment numbers and SLAs with the team.

Report to: Vice President

Working Days: 6 days, work from office (Monday to Saturday)

Responsibilities:

• Develop strong and constructive relationships with business stakeholders, TA leadership, key HR contacts, as well as across the broader Taggd business.
• Gain a sound understanding of the assigned business/s (structure, nature of their work and business challenges faced) to enable anticipation of businesses future recruitment needs, ensure sourcing strategy is aligned with these requirements.
• Ensure effective and high-quality regular weekly, monthly and quarterly communication with the hiring manager community and various key senior business stakeholders, facilitating a consultative recruitment experience through knowledge and intelligence sharing, as well as accurate reporting.
• Become a key contact point for recruitment, sourcing or strategy queries/issues that arise pertaining to the RPO team.
• Actively seek and act on feedback from key stakeholders to drive optimum solutions for both parties.
• Analyze and communicate to client/s and Taggd peers recruitment trends, results, and insights (business unit, client, and external market) to drive future recruitment activity, improve compliance and reduce risk.
• Communicate the process and benefits of the solution and Taggd membership to key stakeholders, including changes in process, new initiatives/ projects, and additional service offerings.
• Governance and Compliance (Team, Recruiting Numbers, Policy, Process, Procedure)
• Extensive experience in Sourcing and hands-on recruiting will be key to this role.
• Regular Team/recruiting numbers/SLAs review.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Any Graduate/Postgraduate.
• Experience: 8+ Years in Search / RPO Firms OR We are open to hiring quick learners who possess excellent communication skills and have strong zeal to nurture a career in RPO space.
