Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–6 years of experience in Rooftop Solar Sales
• Knowledge of the local market in Odisha or Bihar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through field visits, referrals, channel partners, builders, architects, and corporate clients.
• Identify and develop opportunities in Residential, Commercial, and Industrial rooftop solar projects.
• Conduct customer meetings to understand energy requirements and recommend solar solutions.
• Coordinate site surveys with the technical team.
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and ROI calculations.
• Negotiate and close sales while achieving revenue and installation targets.
• Coordinate with installation and project teams for smooth execution.
• Maintain relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.
• Track sales activities and update CRM regularly.
• Stay updated on local rooftop solar policies and subsidies in Odisha and Bihar.
