Job summary

Blue Star is seeking a Revamp Delivery professional in Secunderabad to drive HVAC project opportunities and manage end-to-end sales and execution.

The role requires 3–8 years in HVAC sales/delivery, with diploma or BE/B.Tech, and a strong focus on tendering, proposals, and customer coordination.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ BE/ B.Tech required.
• 3-8 years of experience in relevant HVAC sales or delivery roles.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC market applications.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate Revamp business opportunities and sales funnel for machine/equipment sales in HVAC with new and existing customers.
• Ensure quality standards for pre-sale and post-sale support and order fulfilment.
• Build relationships with new and existing customers, contractors, engineering and architectural firms.
• Initiate sales process; prequalify in government tenders, reverse auctions, and technical submissions as per BOQ.
• Prepare sales proposals, estimates, BOQ/BOM, and coordinate with client teams to close orders.
• Analyze tender documents and bid feasibility in coordination with HVAC consultants and government officials.
• Aim to achieve Revamp sales and execution targets as per ABP.
• Manage existing channels and sustain constant business through channel support.
• Monitor competition and provide insights to management for action.
• Track payments and receivables according to terms.

Job Description

• 1. Identifying and developing/generating the Revamp business opportunities/Sales funnel for Machine/Equipment sales with new and existing customers through existing Customer base, Open Market and channels by utilizing product knowledge & applications experience in the HVAC market.
• 2. Ensures quality standards are maintained for both pre-sale and post-sale customer support and order fulfillment
• 3. Build relationships with new and existing customers, contractors, engineering and architectural firms
• 4. Initiate sales process, Focus on Prequalifying in Govt. tenders/ reverse auctions and other customers with Technical submissions and statutory requirements in line with BOQ.
• 5. Preparation of sales proposals, estimates,BOQ/BOM, follow ups with the concern client team and ensure to close orders with expected AGM in line with ABP
• 6. Process and analyze feasibility assessments and/or all bid documents for Tenders and reverse auctions, in coordination with HVAC consultants /Govt. Officials
• 7.Achieve Revamp sales & execution target as per ABP
• 8.Handling the existing Channels and hand hold those accounts to generate constant business.
• 9. Monitor Competition, provide information to the reporting manager and discuss to arrive at suitable action.
• 10. Payment Tracking and collections as per TOP and should have good knowledge on receivable management.
