Lenskart is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations in a fast-paced retail environment in India. The role focuses on optimizing resources, driving sales against targets, and managing inventory with strong customer service standards.

The ideal candidate will guide the sales team, ensure visual merchandising quality, and maintain SOP adherence while delivering outstanding in-store experiences for customers.

• Drive sales vs. plan; supervise and develop staff.
• Cash and inventory control; ensure loss prevention.

• Conduct inventory management tasks such as ordering stock, receiving deliveries, and maintaining accurate records.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are met by implementing effective displays and promotions.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
