Me N Moms in India is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee daily operations, boost sales, and deliver excellent customer service in a mall setting. You will lead the sales team, monitor stock, and ensure visual merchandising standards.

This role requires 2–5 years in retail, strong leadership, communication, and a target-driven mindset. Rotational shifts and mall experience are preferred. You will coordinate with regional management and ensure policies are followed.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in retail/store management.
• Strong team handling and sales skills.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Target-oriented with strong business acumen.
• Experience in FMCG, baby/kids, fashion, lifestyle or retail will be an advantage.
• Comfortable working in a mall environment and rotational shifts.
