Job summary

Astrotalk is seeking an experienced Store Manager for our Gurugram storefront to oversee daily operations and lead a sales team. You will drive sales, ensure top customer service, manage inventory, and maintain visual merchandising.

Ideal candidate: 1+ year in retail management, strong leadership and communication skills, proficiency in MS Excel and POS systems, and a Bachelor's degree preferred. Reports to the Regional Manager and works cross-functionally to boost store performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in store/retail management.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and customer service.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to drive sales while maintaining operational excellence.
• Proficient in MS Excel and retail POS systems.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.
