Job summary

Indian Gem & Jewellery Creation in Kolkata seeks a Retail Store Manager to take ownership of delivering excellent customer service and meeting sales targets. You will lead and train staff, identify client needs, and provide recommendations to fit our line of clothing and accessories.

A positive attitude and active participation in turning visitors into customers are essential. Full training will be provided, so prior retail sales experience is not mandatory.

• Generate daily sales and stock reports.
• Maintain store checklist daily.
• Follow KPIs and improve store sales.
• Provide knowledge to staff according to SOP.
• Maintain cash management.
• Oversee stocks inwards/outwards processes.
• Send daily, weekly and monthly reports to HO.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a senior sales executive/team leader in retail apparel stores.

Role : - Retail Store Manager

Job brief

We are looking for a Retail Store Manager who would take ownership to provide excellent customer service and meet sales as as designed by management. Candidates with strong communication skills, who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our line of clothing and make recommendations that fits. A positive attitude and a desire to help and assist in turning in store visitors to customers will make you successful in this role.

Full training will be provided, so having retails sales experience is not mandatory.

• Maintain stocks inward/outward processes
• Send reports on time to HO e.g. Daily weekly and monthly reports
• Minimum 1 Year Experience As A Senior Sales Executive/Team Leader In Retail Apparel Stores.
