Job summary

Nagpur Weldwires Products is seeking an experienced Retail Sales Officer with strong B2B retail sales expertise to drive dealer and distributor channels and expand retail markets. You will build and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers and B2B customers, achieve monthly and annual sales targets, and generate new business through market development and proactive lead generation.

Qualifications

• Experience in Retail Sales / B2B Retail / Dealer Sales / Channel Sales.
• Proven track record in achieving targets and market development.
• Hands-on dealer-driven retail sales and B2B market development.

Responsibilities

• Drive B2B Retail Sales and achieve monthly & annual targets.
• Develop and expand the retail sales network across markets.
• Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors and retailers.
• Build strong relationships with existing retail channel partners.
• Conduct regular retail market visits to generate new business.
• Generate retail leads and convert them into orders and business.
• Handle dealer/retailer enquiries, quotations, negotiations and closures.
• Monitor market demand, pricing, competitor activities and trends.
• Ensure product presence, availability and visibility in retail.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with dealers/retailers & B2B customers.
• Prepare retail sales reports, market reports and forecasts.
• Achieve revenue growth through effective retail sales and market development.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Retail Sales Officer with strong expertise in B2B Retail Sales, Dealer Sales, Distributor Sales and Retail Market Development.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of achieving retail sales targets, developing retail markets and building strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers and B2B customers.

Key Responsibilities Retail Sales

• Drive B2B Retail Sales and achieve monthly & annual retail sales targets.
• Develop and expand the retail sales network across assigned markets.
• Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors and retailers.
• Build strong relationships with existing retail channel partners.
• Conduct regular retail market visits to generate new business.

Preferred Industry Experience Mandatory

Candidates must have relevant Retail Sales / B2B Retail / Dealer Sales / Channel Sales experience, preferably from:

Steel | Roofing | Fencing | Building Materials | Construction Materials | Hardware | Industrial Products | PEB | Infrastructure Products

Strong preference will be given to candidates who have hands‑on experience in dealer‑driven retail sales and B2B retail market development.
