Berger Paints is seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Executive to drive sales growth, expand market reach, and strengthen dealer/distributor networks in Jaipur.

You will manage retail outlets, ensure product availability and visibility, achieve targets, and execute promotions, schemes, and campaigns at the ground level. No BA candidates are considered; UG graduates only. Full-time position in the paints sector.

Qualificações

• UG: Any Graduate; BA candidates not considered.
• Experience in retail sales is preferred.
• Ability to manage dealer networks and promotions.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and distributors.
• Ensure availability, visibility, and promotion of Berger products at retail outlets.
• Identify new business opportunities and onboard new dealers/retailers.
• Conduct regular market visits to track competitor activities and market trends.
• Execute promotional activities, schemes, and campaigns at the ground level.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy receivables.
• Maintain reports on sales performance, market feedback, and dealer performance.
