• Experience with ATS/CRM platforms like CEIPAL.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and people-management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of US IT Recruiters and ensure delivery against hiring targets.
• Allocate requirements based on workload and priority.
• Monitor submissions, interviews, offers, and closures.
• Drive W2, C2C, and 1095 hiring across US requirements.
• Manage Direct Client, MVP/VMS, and implementation partner requirements.
• Track recruiter KPIs and revenue contribution.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching.

• Ensure quality and timeliness of candidate submissions.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Resource Manager US Recruitment to manage recruitment operations, recruiter performance, resource allocation, and delivery for US staffing requirements. The role requires strong expertise in US IT recruitment, MSP/VMS hiring, client management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of US IT Recruiters and ensure delivery against hiring targets.
• Allocate requirements based on recruiter expertise, workload, and priority.
• Monitor daily recruitment activities, submissions, interviews, offers, and closures.
• Drive W2, C2C, and 1095 hiring across US requirements.
• Manage Direct Client, MVP/VMS, and implementation partner requirements.
• Track recruiter KPIs such as submissions, interview ratios, closures, and revenue contribution.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to recruiters.
• Work closely with Account Managers and Delivery teams to understand client requirements and priorities.
• Ensure quality and timely candidate submissions.
• Identify bottlenecks in the recruitment process and implement improvements.
• Maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, and daily/weekly performance metrics.
• Support escalations related to candidates, clients, submissions, and delivery.
• Train recruiters on sourcing strategies, market trends, VMS/MSP processes, and recruitment best practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment, with team/resource management experience.
• Strong knowledge of US geography, work authorization, and employment models.
• Hands-on experience with MSP/VMS portals such as Beeline, Fieldglass, etc.
• Experience with ATS/CRM platforms such as CEIPAL or similar systems.
• Strong understanding of Direct Client and MSP hiring.
• Good knowledge of sourcing through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and referrals.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and people-management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
