SPECTRAFORCE is seeking an experienced US Non-IT / Engineering Staffing Manager to lead a high-performing recruitment team supporting US clients. The role demands hands-on leadership, deep experience in US non-IT engineering staffing, and strong client management.

You will drive recruitment operations, develop team members, manage MSP/VMS programs, and ensure revenue and starts meet targets across disciplines such as Industrial, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, and Manufacturing Engineering.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in US Non-IT Engineering recruitment.
• 3+ years of experience managing a Non-IT Engineering recruitment team.
• Experience leading MSP/VMS recruitment programs.
• Proven ability to drive team performance and revenue.
• Hands-on leader capable of meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in US Non-IT Engineering Staffing, team management, client management, MSP/VMS recruitment, and W2/C2C hiring. This role requires a hands‑on leader who can drive recruitment operations, develop team members, manage client relationships, and deliver consistent starts/revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of US Non-IT/Engineering recruiters.
• Drive recruitment operations and ensure achievement of team hiring and revenue targets.
• Manage and support client relationships while ensuring strong service delivery.
• Handle and oversee requirements across:
• Industrial Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering
• Civil Engineering
• Electrical Engineering
• Manufacturing Engineering
• Manage recruitment through W2 and C2C models.
• Work extensively with MSP-based recruitment programs and VMS platforms.
• Monitor team performance, productivity, submissions, interviews, placements, starts, and revenue.
• Ensure team performance and revenue generation are proportionate to team size and business goals.
• Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop new team members.
• Provide guidance to recruiters on sourcing strategies, candidate qualification, client requirements, and closures.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, productivity, and overall team performance.
